Are you right for Sky?

Sky can live with another quiet dog but no other pets, and any children will need to be over 14 as she's an older girl now. She is perfectly house trained and can be left alone for four hours or so without worry. Sky is on daily medication for age related hip pain, and will need short grooming sessions daily.

Is Sky right for you?

Sky is a sensational senior Husky who's living the high life in one of our wonderful foster homes. She loves to meet people and approaches them in the most gentle way, and still very much enjoys her walks, though she's a little slower these days due to some arthritis. Sky spends a lot of time in the kitchen by choice, and it would be nice if she could choose her own spot in her new home, and she doesn't mind being left by herself for a few hours. In fact, she barely lifts her head when her foster parents leave and only shifts herself upon their return if they've been food shopping! Sky is very calm around other dogs and occasionally gets a little playful. We would happily rehome her with another calm dog that is happy to leave her be and not mither her too much, but we know that she does have an eye for cats or small furries so it's a no to those. Sky is such a sweet older gal who loves life, and she loves a brief jumping session in the garden straight after her morning ablutions!
