Are you right for Flo?

Flo is looking for a calm and relaxed home to settle into with active adopters who will take her on adventures, play with her and give her all the love and attention she deserves. Flo loves her toys and can get excitable and playful but would be looking for an adult only household with minimal visitors as she does need space and periods of calm in her new home. Flo would like a home with no other pets as she likes her space and doesn’t like to share her toys, she would however be happy with friendly and playful walking buddies. She has some training under her belt, she does a lovely “sit”, “paw” and “touch” and is happy to engage in further training fun for a tasty treat. She loves her toys but at times struggles to leave them be, so adopters will need to be understanding of this and allow her space. She was housetrained previously but may need a refresher in her new home so access to a private secure garden is needed. Flo is very worried being left alone, so is looking for an adopter who is home the majority of the time, especially to begin with, any leaving time should be introduced slowly once she has had time to get used to her new home and routine and would ideally be after a walk so she can relax and have a snooze! Flo is on a special diet for allergies and is also on some medication, so adopters must be willing to take on this additional ongoing cost. Adopters will be working closely with our behaviour team, so ideally will be within a 45 minute drive of the centre to help us facilitate settling Flo into her new home. She will need to meet her adopters multiple times prior to going home. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet her within 48hrs of being shortlisted.

Is Flo right for you?

Playful and inquisitive girl Flo is a 2 year old Rottweiler who loves to explore and play. She is an independent girl, who will come to you for fusses in short, sweet intervals before heading off to explore or play. Flo loves to play, tennis balls are her favourite, she will play with her favourite humans but is happy to play alone as well. She loves a tasty treat and will take them gently from the hand. This wonderful girl is looking for her new home.
