Are you right for Peaches?

Peaches is a beautiful 2 year old female chocolate Labrador looking for her furever home. This lovely girl needs to be the only animal in her new home and is ideally suited to active adopters who live in a quieter area away from busy roads. Peaches has a sweet nature and is sensitive in some situations, she will jump up when greeting her favourite people and to seek reassurance, so her new adopters should be comfortable around boisterous dogs. A cheeky girl, Peaches will benefit from some ongoing positive reward based training, she can be unsure around car travel and is still learning doggy etiquette and would like to have some walking buddies with good social skills to help her learn the ropes. This adorable girl would love her new family to be around most of the time, especially while she is settling in at home, as she can worry about being left by herself. She could share her home with children of secondary school age, who are confident with larger dogs and who are respectful around dogs when they need some space.

Is Peaches right for you?

Peaches is a lovely bouncy girl, with lots of love of love to give. She will be a great addition to a family who have plenty of time for her and are keen to help her build confidence in areas she can find overwhelming. Peaches can live with dog savvy children, but is still practicing her dog interactions, so will need to be an only pet. She can be strong on lead at times of excitement so adopters who are able to handle a larger dog will be ideal. A garden of her own would be beneficial, however this is not a deal breaker for the ideal home match for Peaches.
