Are you right for Petal?

Meet Petal, the most precious girl in the world! Petal is a dinky 5-month old Lurcher looking for her forever home. Petal would love to live with a resident dog that she can play and have fun with. Petal can be a little worried initially but comes around quickly, so would be able to go home with sensible children aged 8yrs+. She has the most beautiful face and temperament, and being such a young girl, has some learning to do. She needs some support walking on a lead, though she is being very brave with this. She will also need some support with her house-training. Petal loves a cuddle and a scratch, but is just as happy to run off to her own comfy bed with cwtchy blankets to rub herself on. She loves to play with her toys, chewing and ragging and throwing them around! She is such a fun, loving girl and we would all die for her. Petal sometimes gets a bit excited and can "awooo" and stomp her little feet, but she is just a baby. She travels well in the car and would be a wonderful adventure buddy for a family that like to get out and about for walks. Petal is a super sweet girl, and will need some confidence building but will make an amazing companion for a very lucky family.

Is Petal right for you?

Petal may be an angel on this earth. Being a young lurcher, she can be a bit mouthy when excited, but she will happily play with some toys to keep herself busy. She will need some time to settle in the home, as she can be a bit worried in new environments initially but she's a brave girl, and does her very best to be the best girl ever! She would prefer for her people to be around the majority of the time, especially while she's settling in as she does love to be around her friends. Petal cannot wait to find her forever home with a new bestie that she can run around and play with!
