Are you right for Rory?

Meet Rory, he's a fun loving and excitable boy who is ready to find a home all of his own. He's found kennel life a little overwhelming and can struggle with all the hustle and bustle. For this reason Rory would love to find a peaceful adult only home with adopters who have a keen interest in training. He's likely spent much of his puppyhood in kennels and has missed out on all the important early socialisation. This means he get himself in quite a pickle when he's out on his walks and see's other dogs. For this reason he does need to be the only pet in his new home. Rory is learning to wear a muzzle out on his walkies, which he's making fabulous progress with as he loves to learn and loves his food. We're hoping once muzzle trained we can start to gradually introduce him to calm doggy friends so he can learn how to be more appropriate. We'd love to find him a home that can continue his education and it would be beneficial for him to have access to quieter walking areas. Rory will also need help with all his basics including housetraining and learning how to be left alone which we recommend is gradually built up once settled into his forever home.

Is Rory right for you?

Rory is a super boy, with lots of love to give. He needs a patient forever family that can teach him all the important skills he's missed out on. Rory shows strong traits of Sighthounds and Bull Terriers and so can be a bit of clown to be around. He'll certainly bring lots of laughs and keep you on your toes! If you're on the search for a fun loving and energetic best friend, Rory could be your boy!
