Are you right for Charlie Harley?

Charlie is on the search for an adult-only forever home with adopters who can take things at his own pace and help to build his confidence. He is a very friendly boy who loves people once he has got to know them, but he can be worried to begin with. Charlie needs adopters who can slowly introduce him to life and be patient with his worries. Charlie could live with a calm dog in the home, but this is not essential. He would like his family to be around for most of the day to help him settle in, building up their leaving hours at a slow pace. Charlie will need to live in a quieter household where he can be separated from the front door because he can be anxious at times. Charlie’s ideal home is calm, predictable, and quiet, with minimal people and no young children. This kind of environment will help him feel safe, help him build his confidence at his own pace, and truly thrive. A secure garden or outdoor space is a must, giving him the freedom to explore while knowing he has a safe place to retreat to when he needs it. He doesn’t need constant fuss but values gentle affection and positive routines. If you’re someone who is patient and understanding, ready to build a meaningful relationship with a truly special dog, Charlie could be the perfect match.

Is Charlie Harley right for you?

Charming Charlie is an adorable boy with a lot of love to give. He is an affectionate and sensitive boy who loves to watch the world go by with his favourite people by his side. Charlie is a big foodie who loves all things treats and snacks. Charlie has been working on building his confidence and making doggy friends here at the centre. He knows his name and does a very handsome sit. His ideal day includes running freely in a secure field where he can stretch his legs and simply enjoy being with his family. He especially enjoys having a splash in the water for a paddle, which adds to his fun and playful nature when he's feeling confident and relaxed, followed by a snooze in a comfy bed. Once he knows you, he’ll melt your heart with his gentle nature and sweet loyalty. Charlie is a beautiful boy who, with the right family, will show off his amazing qualities!
