Are you right for Hades?

Hades is a delightful Cane Corso X who recently celebrated his 1st birthday. He is looking for a home where he can be the only dog but has experience of living with livestock (ducks/horses/llamas) and could do so again. Hades has been worried by some of his dog interactions at the centre and has on occasion growled/snapped towards the other dog when he has been uncomfortable - he would benefit from some further dog socialisation training once settled and will need to be kept on lead outside of the home so any dog interactions can be managed and adopters can advocate for him. Hades would love his own garden so his someone to burn off some energy and play. Hades could join a home with children of older Secondary School age that are sensible and confident around larger dogs. Once settled Hades could be left for short periods of time. He travels well in the car and would like to go on lots of interesting walks.

Is Hades right for you?

Hades is a big, loveable boy who is still very much a puppy with some of his behaviours and can jump up and mouth when excited. He knows "sit" "paw" is crate trained and has been housetrained. He would benefit from further training around dog socialisation once in the home to help him build confidence. Hades is a big boy who is full of love, adores people and is looking for a home to help him channel his energy in the right way. Hades requires an operation for his Cherry Eye which is something he can have once settled in his new home, the cost of which will be covered by the centre.
