Dolly is an intelligent, sweet-natured dog who is looking for an active family willing to help keep her stimulated but also help her to learn to relax and enjoy her new life. She loves to play and learn so a family willing to engage her in fun games and training is a must.
Type of home needed
Dolly can live with a maximum of 2 adults only and no other pets in her new home. She can find other dogs overwhelming at times so would need a home set in a very quiet, rural location with access to quiet walks and with no neighbouring dogs. Dolly wouldn't mind being left for a few hours a day - as long as she gets to enjoy plenty of long walks! Dolly is working through training programmes with the staff at Dogs Trust Loughborough and her new family will need to be able to continue this in the home.
More about me
Dolly needs time to get to know her new family before she can go home. According to current government guidelines we can start the rehoming process remotely with Zoom and may also organise meets at the rehoming centre. If you are interested in applying to adopt Dolly, click on the 'Rehoming me starts here' button below. Dolly will be removed from the website when we have identified a potential match. If a suitable home isn't found, we will repost Dolly's profile on the website.
