Rehoming by appointment

Our rehoming centres are open by appointment only. We're still rehoming, but we're doing things a little differently.

Badger

I'm looking for a new home...

Badger is undoubtably a little gorgeous boy! He has the cutest little tail wag when he is happy to see you! He is a sweetie, but he can be a little bit shy at first when he meets new people. He loves to get out and explore, but he does prefer quiet walking areas, where he won't really come into contact with other people or dogs.

Type of home needed

Badger is looking for a forever home with patient owners who are happy to let him settle in. He would ideally have a home with few visitors, and no visiting or resident children. He would much prefer to be the only pet in the home. He would love a room of his own to go to when people visit. He is a shy and sensitive soul who needs patient and understanding owners. Badger would love a home in a quiet area where he can settle at his own pace. He would also love his own private and secure garden!

More about me

Potential adopters would need to be able to make multiple trips to the centre to meet Badger to get to know him before he goes home. During these meets the centre behaviour team will provide guidance on all his training needs. Badger has been positively trained to wear a lead and muzzle in public and is very happy to do so! He will need to be kept on a lead and muzzle in public.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Harefield Rehoming Centre in London.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
