Are you right for Brody?

Brody is a 2-year-old, medium-energy dog looking for a calm and understanding home where he can continue to build his confidence. He must be rehomed alongside his best friend, Bruno Mars, as the pair are closely bonded and thrive in each other’s company. Brody is the more confident of the two and enjoys attention and affection from people he knows well, often seeking out cuddles and human companionship. He is curious and friendly but can be a little nervous when meeting new people, so he would benefit from patient owners who are happy to let him approach things at his own pace. Brody would be best suited to a calm household with gentle children aged 16 and over who can respect his need for space while he settles in. Bruno Mars and Brody are not available to view at the centre. Potential adopters are advised to favourite the pair in their application to indicate interest.

Is Brody right for you?

Brody loves going for walks and is especially calm when out and about with Bruno Mars by his side. While he is not particularly keen on large dogs, he can pass them calmly on walks when given enough space. He enjoys exploring new places — from beaches to busy cities — and both he and Bruno travel well in the car, making them lovely companions for adventures. Brody is fully housetrained, intelligent, and quick to learn, and although he isn’t very interested in toys, he does enjoy bones and long-lasting chews. After a settling-in period, he can be left alone for short periods and settles well. With his affectionate nature, love of companionship, and adaptable personality, Brody will make a wonderful addition to a patient home that can offer him stability, affection, and plenty of shared experiences with his best friend. 🐾
