Are you right for Loki?

Loki is a happy, affectionate and energetic young American Bulldog looking for an active family who are ready to continue his training and give him plenty of fun and enrichment. He absolutely loves people, toys, food and getting out on adventures, and is always excited to be involved in whatever is going on around him. Loki is an incredibly friendly boy who loves meeting new people and enjoys plenty of fuss and attention. He can become excitable when saying hello and is still learning his manners, so he would benefit from adopters who are committed to continuing his positive reinforcement training. Loki could live with sensible primary-school-aged children who are confident around lively dogs and understand when he may need space to settle and relax. Loki has mixed nicely with other dogs and has happily walked alongside calm canine companions while in our care. He could potentially live with another friendly and tolerant dog pending successful introductions at the centre. Loki enjoys being social and would love opportunities to continue building positive experiences around other dogs. As a young dog, Loki is still learning about the world and would thrive in a home that can keep him mentally and physically stimulated through training, enrichment and fun activities. He is very food motivated and eager to engage with his people, which will make continuing his training rewarding and enjoyable. Loki settles well when left for short periods and has previously been comfortable being left to sleep in his crate.

Is Loki right for you?

Loki is a lovable 1-year-old American Bulldog with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He’s a playful, affectionate boy who enjoys zooming around with his toys, exploring new places and spending quality time with his favourite people. He thrives on attention and will happily lean in for cuddles and fuss once he’s burned off some of his excitement. Loki travels well in the car and enjoys getting out and about on walks and adventures. He’s still very much a young dog who is learning and developing, so he’ll need adopters who are happy to continue guiding him with reward-based training and helping him grow into a calm and confident adult dog.Loki would love a home that can embrace his fun-loving nature and give him plenty of opportunities to learn, play and explore. In return, he’ll provide lots of affection, entertainment and companionship to his future family.
