Bolt hopes to cast a spell over new owners this ‘Howl’-oween’

Our team in Loughborough are hoping this ‘Howl’-oween’ will see one of their homeless hounds work his magic on dog lovers.

The team say Bolt, a four-year-old Jack Russell, is full of spirit and is in search of a ‘spook-tacular’ home where he will be more than happy to do some tricks for doggie treats from his new owners.

Celine Di Crocco, Manager at Dogs Trust Loughborough, says:

“Bolt lives up to his name as he is a real bundle of energy! He’s a perfect example of a Jack Russell; he loves to be on the go and to keep his brain busy too so he’s longing to find a family that like to be as active as him!

“We are really hoping that he’ll cast a spell on his special someone as Hallowe’en approaches and head off to his forever home.”

Bolt found himself in need of a new loving family after a change in circumstances unfortunately meant his owners could no longer give him the time and attention they knew he needed.

Celine says:

“Bolt is sweet, affectionate and very playful but he needs a home where he won’t be left alone as he loves the company of his human pals.

“He needs a home without children and he needs to be the only dog too so his owners will have time to carry on with this training to keep him mentally active to help him reach his full potential.

“He will be a wonderful canine companion and we really hope he’ll work his magic this weekend. With Bolt it’s definitely a case of loyal and lovable rather than toil and trouble!”
