Dogs Trust

UPDATE: Our rehoming centres are closed until further notice, however we are now able to rehome a small number of our amazing dogs. Each dog’s profile will let you know if they are looking for a new home. For the time-being, we are unable to register your interest for dogs who are not yet available for rehoming.

Pass on something wonderful!

Winston, a two year old Patterdale

Last week (9th – 15th September) was remember a charity in your will week and our doggy residents at the Loughborough rehoming centre were out telling everyone how important gifts in wills are.

At Dogs Trust, gifts in Wills account for around a third of our income. They are integral to our work and we are always amazed at the generosity of our supporters. Through this kind act, supporters can continue their love of dogs even after they’re gone by helping us to care for thousands of stray and abandoned dogs who desperately need us.

Winston a 2yr old Patterdale says that because of gifts in Wills he gets to run around in lots of fun areas with plenty of toys and Lilly a 2yr old Rottweiler says that because of gift in Wills she gets all of the veterinary treatment that she needs to keep her fit and healthy!

Lilly, a 2 year old Rottweiler By including a gift to Dogs Trust in your Will, you can make sure we’ll always be there to care for dogs like Winston and Lilly – whenever and wherever they need us. Every gift in every Will no matter how large or small makes a difference.

Last week we also payed a visit to our local charity shop in Bingham to have a chat to some local residents about our centre and have a bit of a browse around the shop, which was opened just over a year ago, at the same time!

If you have any questions about leaving a gift in your Will please feel free to call Hannah Graham on 01509 882966 or visit this page on our website.
