Dogs Trust visits Loughborough Town Centre!

Find out how Stitch got on during his visit to Loughborough Town Centre

Stitch the Greyhound visiting Loughborough Town Centre

Last week staff at our Loughborough Rehoming Centre visited Loughborough town centre to promote all the dogs looking for forever homes.

Stitch, a 4-year-old Greyhound, came along to promote the dogs looking for homes as well as our Fun Day on Sunday 28th July, where we will have a fun dog show, craft stalls, kids games and much more.

Despite the rainy weather we had a lovely time and spoke to many members of public about the work we do. Stitch thoroughly enjoyed being at the centre of everyone’s attention and was very tempted by the smells coming out of the local butchers shop!

Later on we visited a local dog friendly café to dry off and give Stitch time to have a drink and meet even more people, before heading back to the rehoming centre. He definitely won over the hearts of the café staff!
