Are you right for Mischa?

Big ball of fluff and fun Mischa is a 10 year old Husky who still loves to bounce around despite her age. She loves to explore when out and about on walks, stopping to sniff all the lovely smells. She will bound and bounce around after a ball if thrown for her, but will definitely not bring it back. Her favourite place is curled up on the sofa for a snooze, if there is someone there to provide a fuss too then all the better. This super sweet girl is on the lookout for her new home.

Is Mischa right for you?

Mischa is looking for a relatively calm and relaxed home with adopters who will take her on sniffy strolls and help her to learn to socialise appropriately with her fellow doggy pals, Adopters who will play with her and give her all the love and care she deserves. She likes her space, so could live with secondary school children who will play with her gently and will give her space to rest when needed. Mischa can be quite full on with dogs to begin with, so is looking to be the only pet in the home so she can enjoy all of her adopter’s attention to herself, she would be happy to keep learning to socialise nicely with the help of some walking buddies. She has some training under her belt, she knows her name and does a lovely “sit”, “paw” and “stay”, she is eager to engage in training if a tasty treat is on offer. She would prefer a home with a private garden to potter around in, although this is not a necessity. Mischa can settle nicely in the home, so could be left for up to 2-4 hours, any leaving would need to be built up slowly once she has had time to settle into her new home. Mischa is on daily medication and will need to meet her adopters a few times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet him within 48hrs of being shortlisted.
