The next call
could be an
emergency

After Christmas, we see a huge surge in calls. Many are about unwanted dogs that urgently need our help. We can't risk missing a single call.

For nearly 40 years, we’ve been saying a dog is for life, not just for Christmas. This year, we hoped that message would finally sink in. But, every day, we still receive around 133 calls about unwanted dogs that need us.

Our dedicated Contact Centre team act as a frontline service arranging for unwanted, stray and abandoned dogs to be brought to safety at a Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre. Many of the dogs we’re called about need urgent care and attention from our behaviour trainers and skilled veterinary teams.

We need to be there, ready to help the moment the phone rings. It’s only with your support that we can answer every call and transform another dog’s life.

Please send a gift today and help us save more dogs from an uncertain future this winter.
