We know how important it is to keep our dogs healthy and happy, that's why we have teamed up with CVS Vets in a three-year partnership to support owners with practical advice, expert guidance and helpful resources to support better dog welfare and give more reasons for happy wagging tails.
Bringing together our expertise in dog welfare and behaviour with CVS Vets' veterinary knowledge, we'll support owners with information and tools to give them a helping paw with making informed decision throughout their dog's life, helping more dogs to stay healthy, happy and ready to enjoy all the things they love the most, from muddy walks to sofa snoozes.

Our work together
Together, we're helping make advice and support more accessible for dog owners, while helping dogs feel more comfortable when visiting the vet.
Veterinary care is an essential part of dogs' lives but a trip to the vets can be an anxious experience for both owners and their dogs. Through our partnership we aim to create a more positive experience all round.
Many CVS Vets practices are already part of our community of Dog Friendly Vet Clinics, a collaborative scheme between Dogs Trust and the British Veterinary Behaviour Association (BVBA). During our partnership, we'll support even more CVS practices to join the scheme, which aims to minimise distress for dogs and make the experience easier for both dogs and the people who care for them.
We'll also draw on the expertise of both organisations to share practical guidance and awareness campaigns that support dog welfare and preventative healthcare. From routine vaccinations and parasite control to regular health checks, we'll help owners feel informed and confident when making decisions about their dog's care, helping dogs put their best paw forward at every stage of life.
