Join us this festive season for 24 Days of Fitmas! Complete an exercise every day for 24 days and get sponsored to take on the challenge. From Christmas crunches to star jumps and wall sits to your favourite Christmas song, Fitmas is a great way to keep fit this December, all whilst raising vital funds for our four-legged friends!

How does it work?

Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just want to challenge yourself this Christmas season, Fitmas is for everyone! When you sign up, you’ll receive a FREE Fitmas advent calendar, so you can be ready to countdown to Christmas!

Simply open the door of your advent calendar each day to find out which exercise you’ll be completing. To receive your advent calendar, click on a ‘sign up’ button above to set up a fundraising page on Facebook or JustGiving and we will send your pack.

We’ll also have videos for each daily exercise, where our lovely Fitmas personal trainers Sam & Ash from SMASH Mind and Body will show you exactly how to complete each exercise safely.

You will be able to see these videos on Facebook or JustGiving.

Every day you complete an exercise and raise funds, you’ll be helping to ensure more dogs in our care receive everything they need until they find their forever families.

Join our Facebook Group!

Share your challenge with likeminded people on our Fitmas Facebook group. This is a place to share your story with our community, let them know how you are doing with your challenge, tell us about why you are helping Dogs Trust, or simply share photos of your dog with people who love dogs! We will also be providing updates throughout the challenge about how your support helps the dogs we care for, as well as lots of Christmas doggy related content to enjoy!

Thank you!
