Are you right for Moana?

Moana is a STUNNING 5yr old Tibetan Mastiff who likes to be everyone's friend! She loves people and greets you with a lovely waggy tail. She is social with most other dogs and tends to want to say hello and being very strong, you’ll need to be able keep hold of her! She could live with another dog pending them meeting first and getting on. Moana is a ‘guarding breed’, and we recommend researching this before applying to make sure she’s the right kind of dog to suit your lifestyle. She likes to use her voice a lot, and this is normal for her breed. The busier and noisier the environment, the more noise she will make! So, a calm, quiet environment will suit her best. Potential owners will need to live within an hour of the centre.

Is Moana right for you?

Moana is a real sweetheart, and everybody seems to adore her! Her size and strength make her unsuitable for young children but older teens who are confident around very large dogs should be fine. She’s working on her house training, and a secure garden will help with this. She'll need regular grooming but loves a good brush so this shouldn't be difficult. If you are looking for a genuine Big Friendly Giant and have a big sofa to share with her, add Moana to your favourites NOW!
