Are you right for Ruby?

Ruby is a sweet girl, and will need to be the only dog in the home but she can walk with them. She is house trained and can be left alone for a few hours once she's settled in.

Is Ruby right for you?

Lovely Ruby is a glorious older girl looking for a new retirement home. She loves to say hello to people, greeting everyone happily and enjoys being brushed and fussed over. We know that Ruby has been good with kids in her previous home but due to her age she's probably better around older children who understand that she's a mature lady that may not want to get rowdy with them. Ruby is toy mad! She absolutely loves to play and she has been known to take the squeakers out of toys and try to eat them, so maybe best to stick to the other types. She has guarded her toys from other dogs before so best to swap her toys for others rather than try to take any from her, but she is already learning to swap with the help of her foster carers. Ruby is still happy to go for walks and can be quite determined to get going when she first goes out, so her adopters must be capable of walking her! She enjoys interacting with other dogs when she’s outside and can be very playful. Ruby is such a sweetheart and deserves a loving home for her remaining years, she’s still as playful as can be and often verges on boisterous!
