Are you right for Minnie?

Beautiful little Minnie has returned to our care through no fault of her own and she’s been an absolute joy to look after. She’s affectionate, loving, and can get a bit overexcited when spending time with her favourite people. Because of this, she’d be best suited to a home with older, confident children aged 8 and up. Minnie previously lived in a home where she was mostly housetrained and could be left alone for and hour or so. Understandably, she may need a little help settling back into home life, including refreshing her housetraining and gradually rebuilding the time she can be left. She’s very food motivated and eager to learn, especially when treats are involved! Her new family should feel confident continuing her training, particularly in areas such as loose lead walking. Minnie absolutely LOVES her toys and is happy to play independently or enjoy a game of tug. She’s still learning how to swap toys nicely, but she’s making great progress. She has previous experience living around cats and small animals, so she could share her home with them, provided introductions are done slowly and carefully. We’re still assessing her interactions with other dogs, so for now, she’ll need to be the only dog in the home although this may change as we get to know her better.

Is Minnie right for you?

Minnie is a wonderful girl who has such a zest and love for life! She would love a fun loving and active family who she can explore the world with! If you're on the search for a loving and playful member of the family then Minnie could be your girl!
