Are you right for Motsi?

Motsi is a five-year-old Miniature Bull Terrier with an abundance of character. Cheeky, fun-loving, and excitable, Motsi never fails to put a smile on the faces of those around her. She has a lot of love to give and will make for a wonderful addition to a family who can dedicate plenty of time to her. While Motsi is a spirited lady, she does have a sensitive side and a few quirks that require patience and understanding and would be best suited to a home with adopters who have experience of the Bull Terrier breed. She has been making great progress in her training, learning how to manage frustration, building impulse control, and mastering fun tricks and helpful skills that will support her transition into home life. It is vital that Motsi’s future family are willing to continue with the training that she’s been practicing, and our training team will be there to offer ongoing guidance and support. Motsi is looking for a calm, adult-only home without visiting children, but she could live with a well-matched dog, pending multiple meets at our rehoming centre. She’ll also need a secure garden of her own to explore and enjoy, as well as home that has the option to separate her via a baby gate if needed. Due to a luxating patella, Motsi is on a physiotherapy and pain relief plan, so a home with minimal stairs is essential for her comfort and mobility.

Is Motsi right for you?

Playful in her nature, Motsi loves a game with her toys and would appreciate a big toy box to choose from. She loves to join her fellow canines on sniffy relaxed walks in interesting new places but any doggy pals who play with her off-lead will need to be able to match her enthusiastic rhino-esque playstyle . Following an afternoon of fun and enrichment, Motsi loves to lounge and looks forward to snuggling up in her crate with lots of cosy blankets for a well-earned nap. She is happy to be left for a few hours with a chew or kong, and it’s important that there’s enough space in Motsi’s new home for her crate as this is where she prefers to rest.
