Are you right for Maisie?

Maisie can live with older teenagers and would prefer to be the only dog at home. She is house trained and can be left alone for a couple of hours without worry once she's settled in. She has some joint pain and requires minor pain relief for life.

Is Maisie right for you?

Little Maisie has found herself in our care after her owner became too poorly to look after her any longer. Thankfully we found a spot for her in one of our wonderful foster homes, where she's been recovering from having a few teeth out. Maisie is a quiet girl who has become a little fed up being handled for her vet exams and mediations so much that she isn't shy about letting you know when she's had enough! Her new family will need to be patient with her whilst she settles as she's been through quite a lot in a short time. Maisie is a golden girl who has enjoyed a pamper at the groomer's every eight weeks. her previous family said she enjoyed her walks but we have noted that she's not always keen on being outside, but this is something she may settle back in to once relaxed in her new home. Maisie sleeps well through the night in her own bed, and she likes to have safe spaces around the home where she won't be bothered. She doesn't care to interact with other dogs when she is out of the house and shouldn't be forced into meeting anyone she doesn't want to. A quiet home would be perfect for Maisie with a little spot where she can sit in the sun when she feels like it.
