Are you right for Katie?

Katie is an adorable thirteen-year-old Terrier cross looking for a lovely home. She could share her home with teenage children. She is looking to be the only dog in the home and a home without cats or small furries. She has no history of being around livestock. Katie will need rural, quiet walks as when she sees other dogs she is vocal and will bark at them. She will also need a home in a quiet peaceful location, as she can be sensitive to noises. She is instantly friendly with new people and would be fine with visitors to the home. She is housetrained. She travels well in the car. She could cope with a reasonably busy household. Any time left alone is best built up gradually. Katie will make a lovely companion for whoever adopts her.

Is Katie right for you?

Katie is a sweet older lady with lots of life. She likes to relax in the sun in her quiet garden. Katie loves to stretch out or curl up on the sofa, she loves her home comforts. She adores youn there with her and this is when you see her affectionate side shine. She loves a fuss and to snuggle in close. She enjoys nice, tasty treats and has shown some interest in playing with a ball. She likes an easy-to-do food puzzle toy like a liki mat. She enjoys her walks and is confident to explore the area by sniffing. She has been doing well recently with her doggy social skills, although she barks initailly, she has been able to happily walk alongside calm dogs. Katie has spent time in a foster home. Her foster carers say, 'She is a sweet little girl and a pleasure to have in the home.' They say, "Katie sleeps all through the night and likes to roll around and take naps.
