Are you right for Rubble?

Rubble is a Jack Russell/Pug cross who would be happy living in a moderately busy home. He is looking to live in a low-dog-populated area in a house with no neighbouring dogs. Due to his dog reactivity (he will focus on them, bark and gets worried if he sees them out and about) he is looking for an adult-only home, though visitors should be fine as he’s friendly with people. A secure garden will also be essential so that he can have plenty of stress-free play away from other animals. Rubble is unable to live with cats. If you have a lap to offer him then he will jump on it and as long as he’s able to keep his distance from other dogs he will be a great, fun dog.

Is Rubble right for you?

Rubble is 6 years old and has come back into our care after being in a home for a number of years as they were no longer able to provide the care he needed, and recognised he would be happier in a different environment. We’re not sure what he’s like travelling in a car but he happily jumps in of his own accord. Rubble will need time left alone to be built up gradually once he is settled, though he has started to settle while staff do paperwork so in the right environment definitely has potential to be left. Once settled in a home he will make a fun, active and loving companion, he just needs that right set-up to help him thrive.
