Are you right for Benji?

Benji is a 3 year old Spaniel cross Beagle with a big heart and a constantly wagging tail. He’s looking for a home with a secure, private garden with 6ft fencing where he can safely play, explore, and relax. Benji bonds quickly and is happiest when he’s with his people, so he’ll need a family who enjoy having a loyal companion by their side. He could live with children aged 10 and over who are confident around bouncy dogs, and he would be very happy to share his home with another friendly dog.

Is Benji right for you?

Benji is a fun-loving, affectionate boy who loves his walks and meeting new doggy friends along the way. His tail doesn’t stop wagging when he’s out exploring and he has plenty of energy for adventures. In the garden, he enjoys sniffing, lounging in the sun, and watching the world go by, but will always come back inside to be close to his family. At night he settles well, though he may sneak onto the sofa or armchair when given the chance. In his foster home, Benji has shown himself to be very people-oriented. He’ll happily follow his foster carer around the house and enjoys plenty of fuss and company. On walks he pulls a little on lead but is manageable, and he gets very excited when he sees other dogs, always keen to say hello and make friends. With his affectionate nature and love of walks, Benji will make a wonderful companion for a family who can give him plenty of time, company, and opportunities to explore. If you’re looking for a cheerful, waggy-tailed friend who adores people and dogs alike, Benji could be the perfect match. AWE licence number 13090 by West Lothian Council.
