Milo

I'm looking for my forever home. Could you be my perfect match?

May live with
Secondary school age children.
Size

Are you right for Milo?

Milo needs an active home, and can live with high school aged children but no other pets. He can be left alone for three or four hours and is house trained. Milo will dig in the garden and can squeeze through the smallest gaps!

Is Milo right for you?

Milo is a small, hairy whirlwind and he's looking for a family that can keep up with him! He has bags of energy and needs plenty appropriate outlets for it, so if you're a family that enjoys long walk in the country, Milo could be ideal but please keep him away from livestock as he has a history of sheep bothering. He's a friendly boy with a cheeky streak and takes to new people very easily. Milo has previously got along with other dogs but currently he has no interest in getting to know any and shows some frustration around them. It could be because he is back at the centre and finds it overwhelming but does mean we cannot rehome with another dog just now. Possibly away from here he may be more receptive to others again, but his adopters will need to be prepared that he may not be as dog friendly as he once was. We have been able to walk him by some calm dogs and we will continue to work on this with him. Milo is a very playful boy and likes you to join in his games with him. We’d advise having more than one ball if playing fetch!
