Are you right for Esme?

Beautiful little Esme has arrived into our care as stray meaning we don't know too much about her past. Understandably she's been a little overwhelmed coming into a kennel environment. We're slowly seeing her sweet and affectionate side and we're sure it wont take long for her personality to shine through! Esme is looking for adopters who can help teach her all she needs to know about life in a home, including things such as housetraining and mastering her loose lead walking. We don't know how she feels about being left home alone, so we recommend this is gradually built up as she settles in to a home environment. Esme's favourite thing is food and this is a great way to make friends with her. She enjoys investigating different enrichment such as snuffle matts and kongs and these will be helpful in teaching her lots of new skills. Esme could live with children aged 11+ who can understand her worries and give her any space she may need. As we're still learning how Esme feels about other dogs, she will need to be the only pet for now. This may change as we learn more about her.

Is Esme right for you?

Esme is a wonderful girlie and such a sweet heart. We're seeing her cheeky and playful personality shine through and we're sure it wont take her long to settle into her forever home. If you think you could offer Esme a patient and understanding home where she can discover what life is all about then get in touch with our team!
