We’re now matching dogs with their new homes virtually and delivering dogs contact-free. For dogs who need more time to get to know their new family, you can now meet them at our rehoming centres by appointment and this now applies to all of our rehoming centres in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

Arlo is a bouncy young boy who is looking for a dedicated, dog savvy new owner who will help him to become a more social dog and is up for some training. Currently Arlo can be uncomfortable around new dogs and people so this will be an ongoing process in his new home. He has made vast improvements with his training which will be discussed with new owners. He has few manners (he is still very young) and needs to greet people nicely. He is full of beans and loves his toys(a bit too much) and is looking for an active owner who will give him the exercise, fun and games which he will require to help him burn off his excess energy. He is super clever and enjoys demonstrating his new tricks to people.

Type of home needed

Arlo will be a bit of an ongoing project for someone. He is looking for an owner who is around for him for a lot of the day to put his training in place. He needs an adult only home with minimal visitors and his own secure garden to blast around in. Arlo will need to be walked on lead and muzzled in public and would prefer quieter areas so he can enjoy his walks. New owners will certainly need a sense of humour with Arlo, as he does always manage to put a smile on your face.

More about me

Any one interested in rehoming Arlo will need to contact the centre to speak to a member of the training team. He will require multiple meets at the centre before going home so new owners will need to live local to the centre to ease the transition from kennels to his new home.

During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs. This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
