Young Luna is a rather complexed character who struggles to relax and show her true personality. Much of the time she is worried and withdrawn, but occasionally she relaxes and zooms around bouncing everywhere! Her passion in life is food and she is very good at hunting out crumbs and any mislaid goodies. She is a very bright lady and excels at training.
Type of home needed
Luna would be a great match for an owner with an interest in training, who understands the demands of sharing their home with an adolescent dog. She will require a balance of mental and physical stimulation that will meet her needs, but not overwhelm her. She does struggle with house training and being left alone at present, so will require patience and help with this. She can become anxious in new surroundings and is especially concerned by loud noises and when meeting men for the first time.
More about me
Luna would prefer to be the only dog in her new home. She can not live with cats. She can live with children aged 14 and over. PLEASE NOTE - Luna will be a project dog. Do feel free to telephone and discuss her needs before visiting the centre.
