Our rehoming centres are currently closed to the public but you can still adopt some of our dogs: take a look at their profiles to see which ones. We can’t register interest for dogs who aren’t available for rehoming.

We’ve set up a new rehoming process which includes social distancing measures to help keep staff and adopters safe. We’re now matching dogs with their new homes virtually and delivering dogs contact-free. For dogs who need more time to get to know their new family, you can now meet them at our rehoming centres by appointment and this now applies to all of our rehoming centres in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

About Coca

Centre:
Breed:
Age:
8 and over
Sex:

Likes

Coca is a very affectionate and fun-loving lad once he has built a bond with you. Although he is an older boy he loves going out and about on adventures. Coca has not lived in a home before, although he has had sleepovers with one of his favourite staff members. Introducing Coca into a home will be a gradual process and will be managed at a pace he is comfortable with to ensure that the introduction into a home environment is successful.

Type of home needed

Coca is looking for owners who have had terriers before and who understand their traits. He needs a calm and quiet home with only one person. Coca is worried by new people so there will need to be minimal visitors to the home. Any potential new owners will need to be prepared to make multiple visits to the centre so that Coca can take his time to build a bond. Once he has a bond with you he is such a special cheeky, fun loving lad who loves nothing more than treating life like it is one big adventure.

More about me

I am not currently available for rehoming as I would like to meet my new family a few times before I go home, which is not possible at the moment due to current restrictions. My Canine Carers will let you know as soon as this changes, so keep an eye on my profile.

During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs. This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...

How rehoming works

Thank you for your interest in Coca, who is based at Harefield (West London). Please note this is not a reservation on this dog.

We’ve set up a new rehoming process which includes social distancing measures to help keep staff and adopters safe. We’re now matching dogs with their new homes virtually and delivering dogs contact-free. For dogs who need more time to get to know their new family, you can now meet them at our rehoming centres by appointment. We can’t register interest for dogs who aren’t available for rehoming.

We will, of course, be doing everything to ensure the safety of our staff, and adopters when we offer this service. You can find out more about this below.
