Billy is a 13-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. To apply to rehome me please click on the "rehoming me starts here" button below. Applications will close once I have found my suitable match. Billy is a handsome chap who enjoys saying hello to everyone he meets. He can live with children of 12 years and above.

Type of home needed

Billy is on the look-out for a loving retirement home. He may be 13 but shows no signs of slowing down and loves to run around with his tennis ball and will drop it at your feet for a game of fetch. Billy would love his own enclosed garden where he can potter in and out as he pleases throughout the day. He is very polite when saying hello to other dogs on his walks.

More about me

Billy is currently being spoiled in a lovely foster home where he is enjoying having someone who can play all day with him and keep him company. After he has had his fun, Billy will happily curl up beside you after a day of exploring and playing.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our West Calder Rehoming Centre in Edinburgh.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
