I'm looking for a new home...

About Belle

1 to 2 Years

Belle had rather a poor start to life having been found in a field with 11 other Greyhounds and minimal shelter. She was such a shy thing on arrival but now she loves to meet people and being involved in whatever is going on. Belle was rehomed from us but returned after a short while. Whilst in the home she adapted very well, particularly considering she'd never been inside before. Belle also travels very well and is calm in the car, taking everything in her stride. Her family confirmed that she ADORES people! Belle is super friendly and very gentle, although she will occasionally greet with her feet in the air if she's really excited to see you!

Type of home needed

Belle doesn't like to be alone - she's had company her entire life so panics somewhat if doors are placed between her and her family. Belle is also somewhat of a thief and will steal things that are lying about at times. She gets along very well with other dogs and could certainly live with another. She has never been used for racing but care should still be taken around cats and wildlife as sighthounds do have a naturally have a high prey drive. Belle has been doing well with house training and she can live with children aged around 10. Her new family will need patience while Belle settles back in to a new routine.
