Bailey boy is a 10-year-old Yorkie. To apply to rehome me please click on the "rehoming me starts here" button below. Applications will close once I have found my suitable match. Bailey boy is a nervous little boy who takes a little time to get to know new people but once he knows and trusts you is a lovely little character. He can live with children of 16 years and above with no visiting children.

Type of home needed

Bailey boy is looking for owners who have owned nervous dogs before and can give him time to settle into his new home. He adores being in the garden lying in the sun or lounging on the couch watching out of the window. Bailey boy can be uncomfortable around other dogs and does prefer to walk in quiet areas where he can enjoy the peace and quiet whilst he potters around and takes in his new surroundings.

More about me

Bailey boy is always keen to explore on his walks, he enjoys been curled up in his bed and is looking for a quiet retirement home where he can lap up lots of TLC from his new family.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our West Calder Rehoming Centre in Edinburgh.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
