To apply to rehome Alex please click on the ' Rehoming me starts here' button below to begin your online application. Applications will close when a suitable match has been found and Alex will be removed from the website. Alex is a fun-loving youngster with plenty of potential if given the right new lifestyle. This bouncy boy is always raring to go and is happiest when both his brain and body are occupied. Alex is fairly typical of his breed and is alays seeking a new challenge. He will require a very active lifestyle and plenty of positive guidance in order to become a fabulous companion.
Type of home needed
Alex is looking for a very active family who can provide him with ample opportunities to burn-off excess energy in the form of physical activity and mental stimulation. Having visitors to the home should be no problem for Alex, although he can be vocal when first meeting new friends from a distance (especially when behind a barrier). Alex's time left alone will need to be built-up gradually in a way that ensures he will feel safe and stay out of mischief caused by boredom. He may be able to live with a playful canine companion, and can share his home with chidren who are secondary school age and older.
More about me
Alex's home will need to be free of cats and other small furry pets. He has shown no hesitation to jump into parled vehicles on site, but travelling in the car may be a new concept as some of Alex's history is unknown. Having a dog sitter or walker should be fine for Alex as long as his breed traits can be fully appreciated, and he has not been overly phased by traffic or busier areas of our Centre. Housetraining is coming along nicely, and Alex's family would benefit from some amount of breed knowledge or experience.
