9 year old Dodger has spent most of his life living outside, and we'd love to find him a warm and comfortable home. He's had quite an isolated life and is finding so many new experiences a little overwhelming at the moment. He is enjoying meeting new people though, and is lapping up the fuss and attention. He's getting used to being groomed at the moment, as he was quite the scruffy boy when he came to us!
Type of home needed
Dodger is quite reactive to other dogs at the moment, as he isn't used to being around them and is finding it a little stressful. He would definitely need a home with no other dogs. At presnt, we feel he would be suited to a home with just adults, as he isn't used to being around children. As he has lived outside, he may need some help with house training.
More about me
If you would like to rehome Dodger, please click on "Come Add Meet Me" below. Applications will close when we have found him a suitable home.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
