Meet Roxii, our very sweet 4 year old Bulldog cross! Roxii is looking for a quiet and patient home with a new family that will help settle her in. Roxii loves going on walks with her doggy pals, playing with all things squeaky and she loves having a fuss from her favourite people.
Type of home needed
Roxii is initially nervous of new people and would like adopters to be patient and build a bond together at her own pace. Her new home needs to be non open plan so that she can learn to love her own space and have a secure garden. Due to her nervous nature Roxii needs to be able to be separated from the front door and have a home with minimal visitors. She can live with children 14 years and older who can give her space when she wants it. Roxii has had many friendly walks and sniffs with her doggy pals here at the centre and could live with another dog pending a meet and greet. Roxii cannot live with cats.
More about me
If you have a quiet and patient home for this sweet and sensitive soul, please call the centre for more information. Please note that under the coronavirus restrictions we would be doing meets with Roxii at the centre following social distancing criteria.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
