We’ve set up new processes which include social distancing measures to help keep staff, visitors and adopters safe.

We’re now matching dogs with their new homes virtually and delivering dogs contact-free. For dogs who need more time to get to know their new family, you can now meet them at our rehoming centres by appointment and this now applies to all of our rehoming centres in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

About Myles

Centre:
Breed:
Age:
2 to 5 Years
Sex:
Male

Likes

Myles is a 3yr old ex racing Greyhound. He enjoys going for his walks so he can explore as well as having zoomies in the garden, of course followed by a snooze either on the spare sofa or on a duvet in the sunshine.

Type of home needed

Myles is looking for a home with a secure garden he can play in. He would prefer to be the only pet however he does like female Lurchers and Greyhounds so could live with one depending on the introductions. Myles can be a little worried initially so he would prefer a quieter home. okay Ok to live with children 10yrs & over if they are used to a large dog and will be respectful of his space etc

More about me

Myles loves to lean against you for a fuss, gentle giant.

During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs. This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...

Our rehoming process is a bit different at the moment! We’re now matching dogs with their new families virtually and delivering dogs to their new homes, with social distancing measures in place to help keep staff and adopters safe. For dogs who need more time to get to know their new family, you can come and meet them at our rehoming centres by appointment. We can’t register interest for dogs who aren’t available for rehoming. More info about how our new rehoming process works below.
