Rehoming by appointment

Our rehoming centres are closed to the public for general browsing. We're still rehoming, but we're doing things a little differently.

I'm looking for a new home...

About Sasha

8 and over

Sasha is a 10-year-old Staffy cross. To apply to rehome me please click on the "Come and Meet Me" button below. Applications will close once I have found my perfect match. She is a loving girl who can be shy to begin with but will make friends quickly and once she has that bond with you, she will be your best friend. She can live with children of 10 years and above and is looking to be the only pet in the home.

Type of home needed

Sasha is looking for owners who have owned similar breeds in the past. Sasha is uncomfortable around other dogs and will need to be walked in quiet dog free areas. She can be strong on lead when something piques her interest and will need owners who are able to manage her strength on lead. She would like her own garden where she can enjoy some time running around chasing after bubbles which is her favourite thing to do!

More about me

Sasha is a playful girl who is full of fun, she loves a game of tug and exploring on her walks, especially if there is an opportunity to go for a quick swim. Sasha is very clever and is happy to show off her tricks for a tasty treat. She is house-trained and can be left alone for a few hours.

In these unprecedented circumstances, we're doing everything we can to continue our vital work caring for thousands of stray and abandoned dogs. If you'd like to help, please make a donation. Your support means so much, now more than ever.

How rehoming works

Thank you for your interest in Sasha, who is based at West Calder (Edinburgh). Please note this is not a reservation on this dog. If you think you could be a good match give us a call on the number below

Our rehoming centres are currently closed to the public for general browsing. We kindly ask that you don’t travel to or visit our rehoming centres.

We’re still rehoming, with a virtual matching system and safety measures in place. If you are matched with a dog, you’ll be invited an appointment at the centre to meet them, and if all goes well, make plans to take them home.

We’re experiencing unprecedented interest in adoption, so please bear with us, we’re doing everything we can to find our dogs their forever homes.
