Lee Longlegs is a 3 year old Greyhound and is living in a foster home. To apply to rehome me please click on the 'Come and Meet Me' button below. Applications will close when I have found a suitable match. Lee really is a gentle giant that is calm and sweet. He enjoys going for a potter in the garden or meeting other dogs out and about on his walks. We think he could live with children around the age of 12 and could possibly live with another gentle sighthound.
Type of home needed
Lee Longlegs is looking for someone that is going to be around most of the day and have their own garden where they can continue his training. Like a lot of Greyhounds Lee Longlegs does have a high desire to chase small furries and would need to wear a muzzle and lead when out and about on his walks.
More about me
Lee Longlegs adores attention and is happy for neck and ear scratches all day long, he walks wonderfully on his lead and his favourite treats are the ones that are soft and meaty. Lee is happy at home on his own for a few hours and enjoys a snooze on the sofa. Lee Longlegs is currently in foster, please call the centre to find out more about him on 01506 873459.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
