Rehoming by appointment

Our rehoming centres are open by appointment only. We're still rehoming, but we're doing things a little differently.

Nala is a wonderful girl looking for patient adopters to help her settle into a calm new home. She would love her home to be in a quiet, rural location away from busy roads and lots of traffic. She would like to have access to an enclosed garden or area she can run to burn off some energy and play with her favourite tennis ball and enjoy a tasty treat. She loves walks and would need access to quiet routes away from roads, lots of people and busy doggy areas. She travels well in the car so would enjoy going on adventures with her adopters to explore new routes. She can be nervous when meeting new people so, she will need her adopters to allow her the time and space she needs to settle in at her own pace and help her relax and adjust to life in her new home. Once she gets to know you, Nala is affectionate, will approach you for cuddles and will make a loving companion.

Type of home needed

Nala would like to be the only pet in the home. She is under socialised with other dogs and would benefit from her adopters working with her on her socialisation with other calm dogs once she is settled. She would also like to live in a maximum of two people, adult only home with minimal visitors while she is finding her paws. Initially she would like her adopters to be at home with her with the potential to slowly be built to being left for short periods of time.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Snetterton Rehoming Centre in Norfolk.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
