A sweet senior Sheltie with a sensitive side, meet Sadie! This beautiful lady is seeking adopters with a similarly gentle nature to her own. She appreciates the quieter side of life and will enjoy spending her days snoozing by your side, pottering about on peaceful walks or settling down with a tasty chew!

Type of home needed

Sadie would love to find a relaxing retirement home where he can relish all the luxuries through her twilight years. A garden of her own is an essential requirement of hers. Sadie is a polite pooch when it comes to meeting other dogs and could potentially share her home with another calm-natured canine. She cannot live with any cats, house rabbits or guinea pigs and the youngest members of her family should be over the age of 12.

More about me

Sadie does have ongoing medication for kidney and liver related health conditions. She is also on a restricted diet, which her potential adopters will need to take into account when considering costs. Our rehoming team are able to discuss this with you in more detail.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Shoreham Rehoming Centre in Sussex.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
