Bailey is a very sweet 5 year old German Shepherd, who loves human company. He loves playing with his toys especially tennis balls. Bailey would like to be the only dog in the home but it would be beneficial for him to have friends out and about. Bailey could live with older children aged 11 years plus.

Type of home needed

Bailey would like a home where his owners will be patient and understanding while he settles in. He doesn't like to be on his own so would like owners who are around most of the time. Bailey will need to have a secure garden where he can enjoy some off lead time. It would be good for Bailey if his new owners continue with his basic training especially lead training as he is very strong on lead.

More about me

Bailey's ideal home would be with owners who have German Shepherd experience. Potential owners need to be prepared that there may be medical costs in the future.

Thank you for your interest in rehoming a dog from our Salisbury Rehoming Centre in Wiltshire.

The first step to rehoming from us is to complete our online application form. We’ll review your application and if we think you could be a good match for the dog, we’ll give you a call to chat in more detail.

When reviewing applications, we're looking at how closely your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog. If we have lots of strong matches, then we'll start with the family that applied first.

We may arrange a virtual home check to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and the home you can offer. We may also make an appointment for you to come and meet a dog at the centre.

Start your online application now.

We aim to respond to all rehoming applications within five working days. If you have not heard from us within five working days, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful this time.
