Budley is a lovely calm lad who loves nothing more than sitting on your knee, having lots of cuddles (no one has told him yet that he is actually a bit too heavy to be sitting on laps!)Budley also enjoys meeting other dogs when out on his walks. He loves tennis balls and will happily play on his own, throwing the ball in the air and chasing it across the floor. Equally he likes to play a gentle game of fetch with you. Budley is happy to travel in the car but he needs a little help getting in.
Type of home needed
Budley is looking for his retirement home with his his best friend Molly. He doesn't like being away from humans so is looking for a home where his owners will be around all of the time. He is an older chap so a gentle calm home with nice comfy beds and lots of love is all he needs.

During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
