Trixie is a friendly lady who just loves to run around and play. She prefers to be with people rather than other dogs and has a lot to say when she encounters them on her walks. One of her favourite things to do is run free in a safe area and show you how fast she is. She likes to travel in the car and have fun days out.
Type of home needed
Trixie would like to live in an active home, she can live with children over the age of 14 but needs to be the only pet in the home. She'd prefer to live and be walked in quiet areas where she won't encounter too many other dogs and she'd benefit from training classes to help her learn how to socialise with them. She'd like her new family to have the time to work on this with her. Please don't let this deter you from meeting Trixie because she has so much love to give.
More about me
I am not currently available for rehoming as i would like to meet my new family a few times before i go home, which is not possible at the moment due to current restrictions. My Canine Carers will let you know as soon as this changes, so keep an eye on my profile.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
