This handsome boy is our lovely Taz! Taz is 6 years old and he is a sensitive soul who can find the world a bit of a daunting place so he is looking for a home with patient and understanding owners. Taz loves playing with his toys and will happily entertain himself by flinging his toys about and having a good run around. He gets excited to see his favourite people and enjoys having a cuddle from his pals. Taz is super curious loves going for walks but can get easily overwhelmed so he will need to be walked in quieter areas and he will be on a lead disclaimer. He will need his new home to be very stable and predictable as he is a very underconfident boy who needs lots of reassurance. Taz is a real foodie and he loves having treats so this will be a great tool for ongoing training.
Type of home needed
Taz is looking for a home where he will be the only dog and he cannot live with cats or small furries. He is looking for a quiet home which is non open plan as he will be on a disclaimer not to greet visitors at the front door. Taz needs a medium sized secure garden to call his own for plenty of off lead play. Taz's new home must be adults only with no young visiting children.

He has a huge amount of potential and he will become a wonderful addition to his new family with lots of patience and a helping hand in building his confidence. Please note that under the coronavirus restrictions we would do meets with Taz at the centre first following social distancing criteria.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
