9 year old Badger is a bright and enthuiastic chap who loves his training and excels at learning new skills. Don't be fooled by his age and size he is not your typical lap dog and is looking for an active family that can keep up with his zest for life!
Type of home needed
Although he can appear outwardly confident Badger masks his sensitive personality and will need his new family to visit him here at the centre multiple times to get to know him and his big personality. He is looking for a quiet home with a secure garden and no neighbouring dogs. Badger can live with a maximum of 2 adults, he prefers women! He must be the only pet in his new home.
More about me
Badger is a Patchwork dog - he has a combination of behavioural and training needs that together make a patchwork of requirements for his new home and family. To apply to rehome me please click on the 'Come and Meet Me' button below.
During these uncertain times, whilst we have had to unfortunately close our
rehoming centres to the public, we’d like to reassure you that our wonderful
staff will continue to provide the best possible care for our dogs. We are now
able to start the search for new homes for a small number of our awesome dogs.
This will really help us to support even more dogs who are most at risk of
being put to sleep as a result of this crisis. We have been overwhelmed by
your offers of support, and we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without
your help. We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to
those individuals, who are doing everything they can to make sure our dogs
get fed, walked, looked after and, as soon as we are able, finding them
their forever home. We appreciate you thinking of us at what is a difficult
time for all. If you would like to make a donation to support whilst we continue
looking after the dogs in our care you can do so here...
