Rehoming by appointment

Milo is a calm, gentle boy who is looking for a peaceful retirement home with no neighbouring dogs, where he can enjoy lots of rest and short walks. He has a few medical issues related to his legs so is looking for a home with a large secure garden where he can enjoy time outside on days when he isn't up to a walk.

Type of home needed

Milo is 7 years old, can live with young adults, aged 15 and over, and must be the only pet in the home. He needs a family who understand his need for his own space when required and are willing to find quiet walks away from other dogs as he doesn't have the best social skills.

More about me

If you're interested in applying to adopt Milo, click on the 'come and meet me' button below. We've got social distancing measures in place to ensure we keep our staff and adopters safe - we'll discuss all the details with you if your application is successful. Milo will be removed from the website when we have identified a potential match. If a suitable home isn't found, we will repost Milo's profile on the website.

In these unprecedented circumstances, we're doing everything we can to continue our vital work caring for thousands of stray and abandoned dogs. If you'd like to help, please make a donation. Your support means so much, now more than ever.

How rehoming works

Thank you for your interest in Milo, who is based at Loughborough. Please note this is not a reservation on this dog. If you think you could be a good match give us a call on the number below

Our rehoming centres are currently closed to the public for general browsing. We kindly ask that you don’t travel to or visit our rehoming centres.

We’re still rehoming, with a virtual matching system and safety measures in place. If you are matched with a dog, you’ll be invited an appointment at the centre to meet them, and if all goes well, make plans to take them home.

We’re experiencing unprecedented interest in adoption, so please bear with us, we’re doing everything we can to find our dogs their forever homes.
