Our little Super Ted is full of bounce and has such an infectious personality! He is a very smart dog and likes to keep his brain active as well as his body. Playtime is always his favourite time as he LOVES playing football or fetch. He has made a few doggy friends here at the centre but can get very frustrated if he can't get to a potential new friend. With this in mind he is best walked in very quiet areas where he is unlikely to bump in to other dogs. He loves cuddles and will literally jump on your knee for some fuss.
Type of home needed
Ted will need very active owners who can keep up with him! A real passion for dog training will help too as he likes to learn new things all the time and working together with him will really help build a bond. He will need to live in a very quiet area with minimal traffic as he does not like cars passing by him. As he doen't like to share the limelight, he'd like to be the only dog in an adult only household. His owners will need to be around all the time to settle him in, but over time he should eventually be able to be left for short periods. Our Training and Behaviour team will speak to any potential adopters before meeting Ted to answer any specific questions, and to give advice on how to get the best out of him.
