Mason arrived in our care from racing kennels so until recently we were unsure about his reaction in a home. He needs a gentle approach, but he is responding well to training like going into the car and building trust in humans.
Type of home needed
He has been to a foster home and was clean and seemed to be happy to be left home alone for up to 2 hours and also overnight. He likes other Greyhounds but seems to worry about other breeds due to lack of experience. He could possibly live with older teenagers of 14 years or over. Mason walks well on the lead but can be reative to other dogs. He has also started to play with a couple of toys so wont be long until we see his true character.
More about me
I have no doubt Mason will make a great pet in the right home. Greyhounds do have their own quirks so a family used to them or willing to learn will be considered. Go on give him a chance, I can guarantee love and licks in return
In these unprecedented circumstances, we're doing everything we can to continue
our vital work caring for thousands of stray and abandoned dogs. If you'd like
